Tip Tuesday: Housewarming Gifts

Ok so maybe you haven’t bought or sold a home recently, but know others that have.  They’re excited to show you the home and any work that they’ve already put into it and you get invited to their housewarming party.  You’d like to bring them a gift, but what?  Here are our favorite 3 creative housewarming gift ideas:

1) A bottle of Wine and a Hammer.  The cute note on this one makes it pretty self-explanatory and really who wouldn’t need wine and hammer when moving into a new home?!
